Went to an appointment at 11:00 in the morning, waited 10 minutes to then be told by a rude sonographer with no clue how to smile then took me to the room, couldn't figure out my disturbing pain in my left leg, doctor came in also couldn't figure it out. There was no patient-centred care at this practice. It is all about getting you in and kicking you out with your Medicare details. And the reception had me wait 10 minutes to pay using my Medicare, most places do it on the spot.
